As you can see the big 2 are leveraging the surge in phone ordering, but a lot of our market 5M to 150M are not taking the plunge. The feeling is that removing the human element will hurt them in the long run reducing their customer service presence. Integrating digital technologies into your work space can only help, and in the long run increase your profitability. That is what we mean about disruption and transformation, we have seen it through the years just in transportation here are some examples.

And we needed a transformational leader like Jim Hackett who's done it before, transformed an entire company and industry, and to great success. So, you know, it's unusual times that we're in. And it requires a different type of leadership.
