Amoroso's Broker Reporting Improvements

We recently worked with Preston and his team at Amoroso's Baking Company to make preparation of broker reporting more accurate and efficient.  We'd like to share a portion of the email he sent:

You and your team NAILED it!!  We pay two brokers for April sales in May. Everything checks out.  I also checked  the commission price for  the balance of the brokers and case counts against the old program.

This program cut the processing time of the monthly commissions in half.  At the end of quarter I expect it will cut the time to prepare the report for our Florida broker by three quarters.

Your work on this project is very much appreciated.  You gave us the program in the exact format and within the parameters outlined.  Thank you.

Issue 598 - Setting the Standards

 

We'll keep following last week's thread about Inventory Management and Profitability.   Food is a very unique industry, so making sure we measure ourselves against our industry cousins is important to understand the standard we are measured against. Got to know the other guy's score to see if you are a winner. Again focusing on inventory value and getting it right is one of the two key elements of our T&E analysis.
